XPlate® Technology enhances in-situ simultaneous chemical reactions of oxygen in gasification process. More oxygen is available to produce carbon dioxide and heat, which intern and subsequently react with carbon to produce more carbon monoxide, hydrogen and specific syngas calories.
An industrially sophisticated gas analyzer at Prime Yen Binh Joint Stock Company in Vietnam measured the qualities of syngas. It confirmed the improvement of chemical reactions and CO, CH4, H2 increased by 2.9%, 3.5% and 0.9%, respectively.
Coal saving measurement was conducted by another customer, Vigracera Tienson Joint Stock Company, a subsidiary of the government-owned and the largest ceramic company in Vietnam. XPlate® technology exercised all positive results in CO, H2 and most importantly coal saving was more than 3%.
