Cement Plants

XPlate® technology is suitable for cement plant at both main burner and pre-calciner combustion.  More free oxygen by declustering of oxygen in air is more available for combustion of coal in kiln and pre-calciner. Several tests were done and found the similar results as seen the brighter flame intensity at main burner.

Vietnam. Ha Long Cement Joint Stock Company

Ha Long Cement Joint Stock Company in Vietnam has carried an Xplate® test. The bituminous coal was used and performed at normal working conditions. Collected data included coal consumption, kiln feed, clinker properties, etc.

By conclusion during test, Ha Long cement presented an improvement in coal combustion and found coal saving by 2.15%.
